What happens during the diagnosis.
The STRATUM Diagnosis is the entry point for every Let's Growth client. It lasts approximately 45 minutes and is completely free, with no commitment to hire.
During the diagnosis, we map: the current marketing and sales operation, acquisition channels and their conversion rates, the commercial process and its bottlenecks, current CRM and data usage, existing automations and what could be automated, and growth potential based on industry benchmarks.
At the end, you receive an honest diagnosis — where the operation stalls, what to do first and what results to expect. If it makes sense to move forward, we present a personalized proposal. If it doesn't, you leave with a clear map of what needs to be done, at no cost.
We don't send a proposal before the diagnosis. Ever.
